AUSBAUWhich tests run at incoming goods per compound batch? Do you have the test equipment from the old quality page (rheometry, vulcametry, rebound, density, measuring arm), and do you have your own quality assurance department? When will the ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates reissued to JRT Elastomer Tec GmbH be available?

INITIAL SAMPLE AND APPROVAL

An initial sample is a part made with the equipment and under the conditions of later series production. Customers usually approve technical rubber goods through an initial sample inspection report, issued as inspection certificate 3.1 to DIN EN 10204. This lets you check that production and execution are right. For initial samples and prototypes we can also provide a 3D measurement report of the component on request, which makes approval easier.

Inspection documents to DIN EN 10204

On request we issue inspection documents to DIN EN 10204 of types 2.1, 2.2 and 3.1. The standard “Metallic products, types of inspection documents“ (2005-01 edition) defines the types the purchaser agrees when ordering.

Test reports and certificates

On request we issue test reports on fire protection, pressure testing and conductivity, as well as food contact certificates. FDA compliance and electrical conductivity can be confirmed with a certificate.

Production documents

Along with production we supply documents such as the initial sample inspection report, certificates and material data sheets.

Standards, tolerances and in-house standards

We produce to the required standards, regulations and tolerances, and on request we design products to national and international standards. If you have an in-house standard of your own, just let us know.
