JRT Elastomertec makes technical moulded rubber parts to your drawing or specification. They are pressed in our own plant, in small batches as well as in series.
Soft rubber moulded parts
Soft rubber moulded parts include adapters, seals and flat gaskets, flange sleeves, couplings, O-rings in special sizes, pump housings and valve inserts, as well as plugs and bushes.

How a moulded rubber part is made
Compound matched to the intended use
Selected compounders put the compound together to suit the intended use of the moulded part.
Pressing in our own plant
Moulded parts are vulcanised in a compression moulding process, separately from hoses and bends. Besides machine moulding and pressing, hand fabrication is possible. Moulded parts can be marked by colour or permanently by embossing, and packaging follows your specification on request.

We make moulded parts as single parts, in small batches and in series, for example for prototypes or as spare parts. Our moulded parts go to plant engineering, renewable energy, motorsport and classic cars, among others.

Send the drawing or specification, together with quantity, material, medium, operating pressure and operating temperature.

We advise on the design and check where the part can be optimised on the basis of your drawing.

You usually approve the initial sample on the basis of an initial sample inspection report with inspection certificate 3.1 to DIN EN 10204, supplemented by a 3D measurement report on request. We then make the agreed quantity.
