From Lorsch to Einhausen

Founded in Lorsch

Friedrich Jung founds the company in Lorsch. It starts with hand-fabricated hoses, bends and moulded parts.

Technical rubber goods are made in our own plant, so every part can be followed through every stage to the finished product.

01 COMPOUND

Selected compounders develop and produce the rubber compounds, matched to the intended use.

02 TOOLING

For making the tools, the plant works with proven regional partners.

03 FABRICATION

Parts are made by machine with moulds and presses, or fabricated individually by hand.

04 INSPECTION

All parts are then cleaned with suitable methods, inspected, cut to specification and packed.

Assemblies, marking, shipping

On request we assemble individual parts into assemblies. Parts can be marked by colour or permanently by embossing. They are packed in cartons, on pallets or to your specification, and shipped by parcel service, air freight or sea freight.

Advice on product and application

It starts with advice on the future product and its intended use. Based on your drawing or specification, we also advise on how the part can be optimised.
