What special parts do in machines and plants
Special parts optimise production processes, absorb strong forces in high-vibration processes and protect sensitive machine components. They can be designed to resist weathering and aggressive media such as mineral oils and greases.
Types of special parts
Bellows
We make bellows in different types, shapes and sizes. Bellows protect moving parts such as spindles, shafts or joints from dirt while compensating for changes in length. For special machinery we also make convoluted hoses.
Expansion joints
Expansion joints act as buffers, for example on vibrating machines. We supply them to special machinery and plant engineering, and coupling expansion joints are also part of the range.
Rubber bags for pressing processes
Rubber bags with a capacity of up to 3 m³ are used in pressing processes for carbon, ceramics and hard metals.
Sealing bladders, rubber buffers and roller covering
The range also includes sealing bladders, rubber buffers, rubber coating for metal hoses and roller covering.
Rubber sleeves
Rubber sleeves are part of our range of technical rubber goods. In a pinch valve the sleeve is the flexible hose body that is squeezed to close. We supply sleeves to material handling, among others. Flange sleeves are made as soft rubber moulded parts.
