Technical hoses for industry and vehicle construction to your specification

How a hose is built
A rubber hose usually has three layers: the tube inside, a reinforcement and the cover outside. Suction and spiral hoses add a helix.
Cover
The cover protects the outside against weather, ozone and abrasion.
Reinforcement
The reinforcement, a textile or wire ply, absorbs the pressure. Hoses without reinforcement are also available.
Tube
The tube is the inner layer and carries the medium. Its material depends on the medium.
Helix
An embedded steel or plastic helix keeps a suction or spiral hose open even under vacuum. It also prevents the hose from kinking down to a specified bending radius.

For material handling, meaning material flow, assembly, picking, transport and storage, we supply suction and spiral hoses. An embedded steel or plastic helix keeps a spiral hose open even under vacuum. Extraction and inflatable hoses are also part of the range.

For the automotive industry we make oil, petrol, compressed air, coolant, charge air and turbocharger hoses. For construction machinery we supply coolant and turbocharger hoses, for example. For motorsport and classic cars the range includes fuel, oil, coolant and turbocharger hoses.

Do you offer food-grade hoses?
Yes. Food-grade hoses are part of our range and are suitable for use in the food industry.
Do you make electrically conductive hoses?
Yes. On request we confirm the electrical conductivity with a certificate.
Do you also make bent hoses?
Yes. Moulded hoses and hose bends with and without special fabric reinforcement form a product group of their own.
Can you cut and mark hoses?
Yes. Every hose is cut and packed to specification, and individual marking is possible.
