Reproduction from a removed part
A removed component can serve as the template for the reproduction. Spare parts in soft rubber or as rubber-to-metal bonds are adapted to where they work in the vehicle. We recommend the material to suit the component’s requirement profile. We advise from the development stage to series readiness, and produce anything from a single part to a small batch.
Hoses and moulded hoses for the engine compartment
We make spare parts for coolant, oil and petrol lines as well as for air ducting with turbo and charge air. Hoses, bends and moulded parts are made with or without special fabric reinforcement, and hoses and moulded hoses can also be fabricated by hand. Where the installation space is tight and angled, moulded hoses and bends are shaped to the requirement profile.
Coolant hoses
Coolant hoses connect engine, radiator and heater and carry the coolant around the circuit.
Turbocharger and charge air hoses
Charge air hoses carry the air compressed by the turbocharger to the engine, via the intercooler on engines that have one. They are exposed to pressure and heat.
